Just take into consideration that this orchid plant have only two seasons (the dry period and the monsoon rains) Spring in your environment will let it bring forth new growths and from that new sprouts will come forth flowers in early Fall....however, in the warmer months=you need to feed it and water it regularly in order to give you long beautiful flowers....
spray the leaves with antifungal ....that is my main concern about this orchid plant; some of the tips of the leaves get infested and I am very particular about leaves they must be impeccable at all times because they are the ones that manufacture food for the plant.

Here in Pretoria we quite frankly only have a very dry winter and very wet summer, nothing in between really, so hopefully the plant will like it! But as a European I still like to think in terms of spring and fall
I am the same with leaves, must be clean and all healthy!
