Default Brassavola nodosa and freinds





this is a small nodosa and is grown along with a dendrobium jenkensii and some spanish moss. Yes the moss is very much alive and has been for a few years. They are all forever joined. Now if I can get both orchid to bloom on this one mount....if only.



AND I had a visitor the other day and excuse the crappy pic I only got 2 shots and he was gone like the wind. Just beautiful birds.

Thanks ya its a little sharp-shin and I didnt know they work over watering holes and bird feeders for birds. He might have been stalking the flock of purple martins that live in the chimney next door.

The jenkensii is the same one that got rat chewed few years back and its never done well anywhere but mounted with his nodosa buddy. Pretty happy all of them.. I really need to fertilze more and regularly bec I think the plants just dont have the energy to produce much more than they are. Since I moved last year I been in total chaos trying to get everything in its right place. I didnt realize it was so hard trying to keep up a home. Alone.

I like it even when it doesnt bloom just bec it looks so nice !!

I can live with my plants not blooming. I still cant stand ugly plants.
