Thank you for this!

It looks like yours is fine. I panicked a bit today and bought a pack of Better-Gro orchid moss and replanted them in that. Some had lost roots, so I hope this will do the trick. The sphagnum is sitting on top of a bed of lava rock, and the whole thing is in a net basket to aid air circulation.

Meanwhile, the seedling in the clear plastic pot with lava rock is going crazy growing roots everywhere. The one in terra cotta doesn't look that great.

Will snap some pics tomorrow.

They need to dry out, humidity (80-90)% and after few months exactly like mother plant conditions.
I never used fungicide; I'm watering same way like you, with distilled water + Cal-Mag from Botanicare, sometime Liquid karma or Dyna gro foliage pro in a spray bottle (The rain does not kill the plants, it makes them grow and be more wonderful) and in a watering can.

Interesting to learn about the seedlings growing.

However, I think this thread should be in 'Propagation' section.

Some images from today.

The whole happy seedling family.

The seedlings repotted in sphagnum. I feel much better about this medium.

New root growing on the plant potted in lava rock in terra cotta.

Two new roots poking out on the largest seedling, in lava rock in clear plastic.

More root growth and a new pseudobulb growth on the largest seedling.

I am feeling much better now! Was worried!

Things are finally looking up. Almost all the seedlings are now showing flushes of new roots. And although most are now in sphagnum, these two have loved the lava rock from the beginning.
