Hi,
here is my c.skinneri coerulea 'My Blue Heaven"
It is a scranny looking difficult plant, costs lot of money don't think worth that kind of money.

It won't be scrawny for long... skinneri is one of those species that can double and triple its size in a growing season.

Wait till the next few growths come through and then see if the flowers are still small. Like Thumper said, this species grows like a weed. It might just need some time.
