the girth of the PB is much bigger than the tenebrosum, but shorter because of the clowesia gene.
the flower span is slightly smaller than the tenebrosum because the lateral sepals is clasp against the labellum. however the fragrance of this hybrid is far much more pronounce than that of the tenebrosum

Very attractive with good colours. This spring I pollinated 16 flowers on Clowesia rosea and Rebecca Northen with Catasetum pollinia, but none of them gave me a pod. Wonder how they managed.

ever tried with mentor pollination technique?

i pollinated this one with mormodes midnight. keeping my finger and toes all cross ..
