Just have to be careful because the leaf tips are pokey and I dang near poked my eyes out 2 times when cleaning and prepping them for winter sleep. Ow I tell u ow.

I feel you! I also wear glasses and I approach bamboo stakes cautiously (as if they can control my movement)!

Congrats! Wow those are some good prices for those. I love SVO, I've mostly hybrid mini Catts from them and one Cattleya violacea, but Now I always check when I see them put up a bunch of stuff on eBay.

This is my first winter with a Catasetum, recently decided to try one. So if I do well with it, you'll be bidding against me too in a year.

@Jungle mel I like castasetums mormodes etc... because they sleep in winter and dont require my attention. So my few others I can focus on.
