when i got this plant, it was infected, though started off with the tip of the new growth but the infection was rather persistent, even after careful removal of the infected tissue, it infection spread down to the existing bulb. as a result, i divided the two bulbs apart and i am glad it finally made it to flowering. Phewwww....

I mean this in the nicest way possible (I am a horror movie finatic/snob) The blooms remind me of something from a film like you find in a crazy persons house. It is totally awesome!! All of the expansum I find are like highlighter yellow. this is amazing!!
