Too bad about the lack of a strong scent. But the shape and color are fantastic. It's quite an attractive spike of flowers.

Fifteen flowers this year compared to last year's nine. Not 100% open yet, but couldn't resist posting. Last photo is next to a fading Cyc. Fire Embers, which is only 16% cooperi.

got to grow them canes out big and fat. make all the power the flowers need to wake up fully when its time..

My cooperi (SVO sibling) looks very similar to yours! It's also got a rosy/chocolate fragrance this year, depending on the time of day.
