Any chance of broken pseudobulb surviving your taping it back together?
Default Any chance of broken pseudobulb surviving your taping it back together?

One of my favorite cattleya orchids was knocked over and broke one of its new growths clean off. The new growths have been growing for a few months so they’re pretty developed. I quickly stuck it back together and taped it up tightly. Is there any chance it will kind of fuse back together and grow or is it just a lost cause? Also, if I were to plant the broke piece in sphagnum moss will it grow Keikis? I know some dendrobiums will do that.
