Default Dog ate my orchids... help me keep them alive?

So, the title pretty much says it. I had two plants, a Maxillaria and a Catasetum, in temporary trial mounts on my goldfish pond.

Apparently, the lab thought they looked delicious, so he decided to break into the pond and yank them off, pull them out of their pots, and have a bit of a snack.

The Max is nearly gone. One stem and pseudobulb *may* come through but the rest were chewed on. The Cat however looks mostly okay. It looks like he didn't get around to turning that one into a chew toy.

I am at work right now, and I can't do anything for them immediately. I put them inside, in my orchid terrarium, for the humidity to hopefully help preserve any roots that are still alive.

They were most likely sitting outside for a good few hours before I found them this morning.

Anyway, the Cat is the one I'm worried about, as it was rather pricey. Anything I can do, or should I just pot it and hope for the best? It's in dormancy right now which is probably the only reason it didn't get totally destroyed.
