apology
Hello again, louisetee -
I'm surprised and sorry to see that you've only had two responders to your thread. I'll stick my neck out (again) and say that for such a friendly, caring, sharing place as OB purports to be, common courtesy seems sometimes to be left out of the equation. The usual 'welcoming committee' must all be on vacation. The orchid in your final 2 pics looks reasonably good, I think; I would say that the lower leaf is yellowing due to age, and will eventually fall off naturally. The only other thing I would add is that you might want to cut the "stem" (I've probably named it wrongly) down further, to just below the last large node. Otherwise, in my opinion, you're doing well. Let's hope somebody with more experience "chimes in". Regards, Catriona |
Hi Catriona,
It's ok. I understand people can be busy these days. And I appreciate you replying. Ok Tmr I will cut lower, just above the bigger node. I also inserted a skewer. When I checked it was damp so that means I don't need to water till it gets dry? I tend to overwater :p |
