Catasetums.... Male
Default Catasetums....

Just returned from my orchid club meeting where Fred Clarke of Sunset Valley Orchids spoke on Catasetums. If you ever have the chance to hear Fred speak, don't miss the opportunity. he is a superb and very witty speaker who is very knowledgeable on not only catasetums but most orchids. Have a look at his website. he is so knowledgeable on catasetums that I will have to get a few. He is a world renowned hybridizer of catasetums along with being an AOS judge.

Indeed James. I've had the pleasure of attending two of Fred Clarke's talks (one on Aussie Dendrobiums and one on miniature cattleya alliance breeding). He's a very knowledgable and funny guy. Go have a listen if you have an opportunity.

I like them. Still on dendrobiums. I like these little ruffly ones, green and tan. Look very natural. Catasetum Fimbriatum.
