Merry Christmas and gifts

I hope everyone has had a very merry christmas,,,now the question what kind of gifts did you get that relate to orchids? For me , I recieved a humidity contoller for my case, a 6x8 greenhouse and the best a framed collection of coins from around the world that feature orchids that my lovely wife had made up

I'm always surprised how few gifts I get related to orchids! I would think this would be a no-brainer, but alas...

Unless I order the orchids/plants/related items, nothing. The many hints always seem to fall on deaf ears.....

well keep sending out the hints....now i have to wait till spring till i get to set up the GH...have to put in a foundation

I bought myself a huge orchid gift just before Christmas and I spent Christmas day repotting and re-arranging the greenhouse to try to give all the new arrivals the light requirements they want...

Its a pretty long list, but among the Christmas gifts were:
Aerangis modesta
Angraecum magdalenae
Rangaeris amaniensis
Ascda Laksi Liang
Den Bertha Chong Blue (I've attached a picture since it happened to be flowering when I received it)
Sarcochilus hartmanii
Vasco Crownfox Magic
Laelia anceps 'Guerrero'
...and the list could go on.

Yey! They all look like they're doing fine at the moment.
It wasn't much of a surprise since I picked them all myself, but I'm still very happy with my gifts.

Siljie, sounds terrific! I've been known to buy things for myself and then give them to my husband to wrap up and give to me. Kind of ruins the surprise, but as least I get something I want.

This year I bought myself OrchidWiz Encyclopedia, but I haven't fessed up to my husband yet
