Default Orchid problem

First of all I wanted to say hi to everyone. I recently started collecting orchids and am already having a problem with one. Any help would be appreciated. I water about 3 times a week.

Thanks, Troy

I'm not an expert by any means and only offer this as a suggestion. I would cut off the leaf with the black spot and any other leaves with black spots as it looks like rot. Is that a black spot on the stem in the first picture right above the bottom most leaf on the left? I would spray with an antimicrobial such as physan. How are the roots?

The roots appear fine to me. Is there anyway that it could be that it got too cold. We have had a couple of nights in the low 50s lately.

Thanks, Troy
