Not sure, I bought this is from SVO, I think its their hybrid, I got it in Feb this year, most likely it is first time bloomer as I didn't see any dried spike when I got it.

That's likely a seedling. That flower might be award quality. Show it to Fred Clarke and see whether he thinks it should be judged.
