Overachiever?
Default Overachiever?

This little Phal was a gift, in bloom, about a year and a half ago. After the flowers dropped off, the bloom stalk stayed green and I didn't cut it off.
This year, that original bloom stalk sprouted a keiki, it also branched and re-bloomed, and looks like it's starting another branch.
The plant also sent out a new bloom stalk, which has flowered nicely.
It's now also starting a new leaf.
I hope this all means it's a remarkable, vigorous and happy plant!
Or does it mean it's overly stressed and going into reproduce/survive mode?

I think the first... that plant looks very happy, indeed.

These are bred to grow and bloom like crazy, and you are clearly giving it the right conditions to do what it was bred for. Looks great!

Still going!
The mother plant is blooming. The keiki is blooming. The keiki has roots.
And--the keiki now has its own keiki.
This one is going to take over the shelf!
