Default New To Bulbophyllum

Hello All
I bought these 2 bulbos cutting via online. I have been growing the left plant for more than 6 mth and the right plant for 3 mths. Until today I did not see any growth in term of root and leave.
My balcony is facing NE and rcv lot of bright light (no direct sun). I water these 2 plants almost every day with plain tap water. On the weekend I sometimes water with weak fertilizer and sometime with Vitamin B1 root stimulant.
I skip 1 day if raining.
Can someone please let me know what did I do wrong which cause no growth in my bulbo.

What are your temperatures and humidity this time of year? Which species are they?

There are Bulbos from cool areas, hot areas and everything in between. In their growing season they prefer to be wet. If your humidity is low even daily watering of mounts may not be enough.

Consider hanging the mounts horizontally, flat side with plant up, so the plants stay wet longer. Consider potting into shallow trays that stay wet longer.

Left pict - Pileatum
Right pict - Dearei
Temperature : between 30-32C in day time
Night : 29-31C
Humidity : No idea.
I hv tried shallow tray and it's not working that's why i mounted in wood.
If i bought an established bulbo which already grow well on the fern slab it has no problem adapting to my environment.
The issue now is on the cutting and I am having difficult in getting the cutting to grow.

They grow rapidly in season when they're happy. I think the rhizomes aren't moist enough.

I have found with mounted Bulbos that they do better when mounted horizontally - they stay wet longer, and "wet" is what they want.
