I know we can't see the whole plant and lighting can affect what we see but the orchid looks healthier since the beginning of the post!
I feel for your roots. Looks like you are keeping them really dry as you are worried about them going bad? It's such a fine balancing act sometimes.
It's got an impressive amount of flowers.
