Default Dendrobium Phalaenopsis; keiki or spike?

Hello! So, my dendrobium phalaenopsis seems to be growing what I think (?) is either a keiki or flower spike. This is my first (and only) denphal, so I'm still kind of learning on this one. I'm attaching a picture ... what do you guys think? Thanks for any help
