Default Possible keiki?

This Phal. Yin's black eagle, is currently in bloom. However, this growth (picture) is underneath the leaves at the base of the plant on a node, not on the flower stem. But I am not sure.
Any ideas's?
Thanks

Is this plant a sequential bloomer? It looks like a spike that will continue to develop after that obvious bud matures.

Based on its "family tree" it is a sequential bloomer - for a start, it's 2/3 Phal violacea. The other 1/3 of its ancestry are all species with a similar characteristic. (Keep nice and warm...)
