Up date of my repotting experiences and dying (or dead) new leaf

I have repotted a handful of FWC phals to bark topped with sphagnum since then with great success. Thank you all for your advices and support. There is a small phal that’s not doing so great. This one has a tiny new leaf that looks like dead. I tried goggling about it but couldn’t find anything helpful. Can someone tell me what’s going on? What are your temperatures lately?

Hi,
We had temperatures drop and had the first snow a couple weeks ago. Since then we have heater go on and off the temperature is set to 72F. The Orchids are in a humidity controlled room (40 to 55%). |
