The last one has not flowered for me yet.

The first two pics are a Caucaea species (or maybe hybrid, but I doubt it). The other flower pics are an Oncidium hybrid. I think the non blooming one is an Encyclia but I'm not certain.

is the spike on the non blooming one coming from the base of a bulb or the apex?

The spike comes from the middle of the 2 leaves.

Almost certainly an encyclia, post pics when it flowers, we may be able to get a species id.
