Default 3 very deshydrated mini phals

So here I have 3 mini super deshydrated phals from my husband co-worker.

I have my way to reestablishing this damage, but guess what? I am up to try some of your own technics if you care to share it with me

Basically the leaves are way soft and fluffy. Each orchid has 1-2 good root.

Here are the pics:

Thank you 💕!!!

If only one or two good roots, that'll help keep it going until it grows some more.(A soak in KelpMax or equivalent may help to encourage root growth) It looks like your set-up is helping to keep humidity up, and that's great.

I also love your little "helper"!

I am not sure what's the equivalent of KelpMax, I keep reading about it. I am using a product call NaturalClone ( cytokinin hormones, it also includes vitamins of group B, amino acids and special elements, it is 100% biological) ..but I don't really like it. At the end I grow roots with humidity tricks, but the leather leaves are more complicated for me to bringing up.

In regrad to my helper...I have 2 assistant, always around the orchids :love 💕

Hi Sade
The European equivalent of Kelpmax is Kelpak, distributed by Besgrow. Great stuff! See this thread:

@Ray I got the Keypad a few weeks ago. As you said I think is great. Thank you. ...also Thanks to @Roberta

By the way, here is an update on these 3 little ones: No ID Mini Phals

No. 1 doing very well already potting, lots of roots and leaves already stiff

No. 2 doing well, new set of leaves, buy not lots of roots. Stiff enough.

No. 3 Lost almost all leaves and roots are growing slowly.

Here is an example of what I'm talking about when I say I can't see gigantic photos posted to Orchid Board. Here is a screen capture of my browser open to this thread in Orchid Board. The top of a message is shown. It's impossible for me to see anything in the photo without scrolling back and forth, and up and down. It's even very difficult to compose this message, because I need to scroll so far to get to the text entry box.

This isn't limited to my current computer/browser setup. I've had this problem with a Windows computer and browsers Opera and Firefox; a Debian Linux computer and browser Firefox; and four different Android phones and multiple browsers.

Sade's photos show up as a normal and reasonable size to me.... (see attached). Tested on phone, tablet, windows 10 and Mac OS.

It sounds like something account related so I'm going to go poke around in the forum settings, it could be that there is something for you to change somewhere to get the autoresizing to work as it should.

That's my guess as well. Something in his forum settings. Never happens to me regardless of computer or phone I'm on.

Nice save on those Phals SADE! I see lots of teeny roots getting ready to start popping out! And I looked back to beginning of this thread... that's quite a concerned look your orchid student has. Very compassionate, I can tell
