Sure, you can use them, but you’ll find it to be far more expensive than using other, powdered fertilizers for no benefit.

There are no such things as “bloom booster” fertilizers.

Well technically doesn't the plant use a different ratio of nutrients during the bloom phase than it does during vegetative phase, therefore a bloom booster nute being the better ratio for blooming doesn't that make it such a thing? Not trying to be rude at all

no. If you do basic internet research you will find out that "bloom boosters" are snake oil. many people use the same formula but adjust its *concentration* up or down depending on the plants needs. fox farm is marketed towards cannabis and people who want to sink a lot of money into their vegetable garden. using a bloom nutrient, especially a bottled one is very lucrative when your customers believe that somehow a magical nutrient will give them good yields when good culture is 100% more important.

That's the reply I was looking for

It's not that they are "snake oil" in that if you do have a potassium deficiency or phosphorus deficiency then you do need to boost those levels.

And honestly the cost on it isn't outrageous. I'm only using 1ml per feeding.

But I only have two orchids also

It does come in handy when boosting the levels in untilled soil. Trying not to destroy mycohizal colony between crops

Fertilizer is the least important aspect of orchid culture. For most orchids, in order of importance are air at the roots, proper temperatures, humidity, watering, light.

Also Ray is being modest. Go to his Web site firstrays.com and read the information on fertilizing orchids.

Ray! a question! as per your website:
"When flowering is desired, a high-phosphorus fertilizer (such as 10-30-20) can be applied to promote blooming."

well really AOS website, but quoted on your website. would you not call this a bloom booster?
