Few light+high humudity: male
Lot of light+low humidity: female

They're both banana-spices fragrant and are long-lasting;one of the most particular thing of this species is the shoot of the pollen:if you touch the column the pollinia immediately jump off and will stick on your finger/hand!!!

After folwering give it a long rest period until a new fresh shoot compared at the base of the pseudobulb.
