Default Contacting New World Orchids

I had no idea which forum to put this in, I guess this will do...

For those of you who shop at New World Orchids regularily, how long does it usually take for them to reply to emails?

Earlier this fall I found out from someone here that they will be at a show in Paris in March. I've been trying to reach them to see if they still do as Glenn Lehr would do (ship out plants from EU shows) and pre-order if that's the case (assuming the minimum order value isn't too high). I tried contacting them via the 'contact us' form on their site over a month ago, never got a reply, so tried sending an email directly last monday. Still no reply. I even checked my spam folder. Being in Europe I can't really pick up the phone to call them... I don't know what the pre-order deadline is so I'm getting a bit anxious.

Camille, I’m not much of a regular shopper at NWO though there are members here that have purchased from them this year and posted their Neofinetia pictures.

Hopefully someone will be along soon and reply to your question in regards to emails. Fingers crossed you hear back from NWO.

It's possible that they've been at the World Orchid Conference; I know Glen used to attend them, I'd wager the same is true of the current owner.
Just a thought,
Adam

Thanks for the information! I know she's busy with shows and talks, which is why I was curious about the average response time. I used the email provided on the website (info@...) and sometimes those things are like emailing a blackhole.

Just an update to say that I heard back from Kristen today, apparently she had computer issues lately. The news wasn't positive, the EU trip has been cancelled. But I'm actually OK with that, I'm in the middle of deciding on which Neos to buy from a local supplier! (How do you guys limit yourselves??? Choosing is impossible!)
