Recently, this seller, her name is Karen, got a couple of shipments of Phal. Sweet Memory 'Babble'. I was so torn on whether to order one in the dead of winter bc I have had my share of frozen orchid deliveries. These Phals are so scarce here in the USA and she had them for a VERY reasonable price in my opinion ($29 plus S&H). I went ahead and decided to order one and I spoke to Karen about my concerns regarding the weather and temperatures. She seems very confident that she can send orchids in the winter and they will arrive alive and healthy when they are delivered. She did say that she was more comfortable sending shipments when daytime temps are above 40. So, I look at my weather app to determine when there will be at least a three day span where temp are above 40. We set the date of delivery and I never did recheck my weather app bc I should have! A very cold spell swept through Colorado, but still the orchid came delivered alive and healthy. She had added a heat pack and packed up my orchid with tons of insulation.
She is awesome at communicating with her customers and the plant even came with a spike and bud, it didn't blast just yet 😜. Pics to follow when I get home from work.

Good luck with it, Mandy.
Give it always warm temps and never the roots get silver. When they start to change colors from green to silver, water it (always use water at room temperature or lukewarm).

BTW, waht's the difference between the Sweet Memory 'Babble' and Sweet Memory 'Liodoro'?

A Phal Sweet Memory is created any time you cross the two parents which originally created the grex. Liodoro and Babble are two registered, discrete clones that resulted from the cross.

But since they have the same parents, Sweet Memory would be enough to identify the grex. So, why the difference between "Babble" and "Liodoro"?
Why are they different?

I have a brother and a sister. We all share the same parents but we are most definitely not the same person!

I see.. so all grex varieties (cultivars?) found in the market are clones of the original variety?
That means your and mine liodoro came from the same plant?

Yes they should be genetically identical.
