I placed an order with them several months ago, after numerous e-mails they told me they finally had Cities and requested payment in order to ship. I paid them which they acknowledged receiving and now they won't respond to any e-mails as to their whereabouts. Has anyone else dealt with them recently?

Ya, they seem very slow to respond to emails but eventually do. I put an order in quite a while ago and supposedly the plants were going to be sent out on November 4th. I don't have plants yet and am still in limbo as well! I'll let you know what the plants look like when they get here.

Interesting. I bought from them about 4 times, and it was easy to communicate and they get back to me relatively quickly (within 1-2 weeks), compared with other international vendors. But I haven't placed the order this year, and I heard another person who hasn't gotten reply from them. All of my plants I got from them are good quality and relatively low loss acclimation failure for me.

I also have bought from them before as preorders at shows with few problems, they had been responding to my e-mails up until I sent them payment. It's getting cold here!

I've not ordered from them since last spring, but I've always found them to be pretty on top of things; I would not be surprised if the combination of the election and Veteran's Day has the USPS a bit wonky this week. Please keep us posted.

How did you order from them? Their website just keeps saying "coming soon". I don't even know how to see what they have.

Tindo, they do business with email, so you should send email to contact@peruflora.net, and request their price list. Similar to Ecuagenera, they will bring the plants for the orchid show, and they will ship them to your address within the US.

Thanks,
I shot them the email. Hopefully they don't take a month to respond. I had a hell of a time communicating with Ecuagenera this summer.
