Thanks everyone for your input! Received my order Saturday 12 out of 14 plants were in fine shape, two had succumb to their journey, hopefully they will replace.

Nice, how are the roots? The roots look ok but a bit dry.

The roots were very dry but Catasetums can handle that without missing a beat. One of them doesn't have the needed root length to start watering yet anyway.

Also, you can't expect same amount of roots in fresh imports, Tindo. Many vendors trim heavily because they are afraid that they may not pass inspection. But if the plants are healthy, they get acclimated eventually.

Well, I've had an order placed with these guys since the end of July and still can't get a hold of them. They keep saying they'll send and then don't get back to me when I know they're at a show in the USA.

Very frustrating because their plants our outstanding.

They may not have Internet access in the US. I noticed at least some of the South American vendors at Tamiami did not have cell phones (with them.)

Steve, it may be they will send from one of the shows. I saw them at Tamiami.

Exactly. That's why I'm pissed. They've been to three shows in the US since I put in the order.

And they continue to ignore me. I'm officially going to start badmouthing this company as often as possible. They took my money and won't send me plants. Not cool.
