No, dug ups are basically seedlings "dug up" from their seedling trays.

Dorothy, I take it to mean young plants, seedlings, etc. that they sell for lower prices -- a good way to save money if you don't mind waiting for them to grow!

They sell great dug-ups. I don't think I have ever seen one that is a division though. Typically, they are seed grown plants, that are younger and have yet to be potted or mounted up. Sooooooooooo, you get a better price and can buy more.
