Orchids by Hausermann

As if they need more positive feedback right? Haha

I ordered 3 lovely orchids from them a week ago, a Paphiopedilum "Prince Edward of York", a Phalaenopsis Schilleriana, and a Dtps. I-Hsin Sun Beauty.

The plants arrived beautifully packaged and very healthy, and the I-Hsin beauty came with some huge buds and two spikes. However I received a Phalaenopsis Stuartiana instead of a Schilleriana. I was blown away by how wonderful their customer service was,as they allowed me to keep the Stuartiana and sent me a beautiful Schilleriana IN BLOOM today. Definitely more than I could ever ask for. I can't give them enough praise.

Lovely plants. Very nice that they sent plants in buds/bloom.
I also had similar experience with wrong plant in past but they have exemplary customer service. Not only they were nice to me, they send me the right plant,in bigger size AND allowed to keep the wrong one.
All that good service was worth it,I ordered and got more plants from them recently.Again with great service-got a larger pot size blooming cattleya instead of smaller non blooming I ordered,as my order was held back due to bad weather.
I am very happy with them .
