I was in Peru last October for a visit with the Arias family whom I known for almost 25 years. While there I visited two of their nurseries. Manolo came to Florida for Redlands show, so had him bring plants for me. The Phrag. Eumelia Arias arrived with 4 mature, previously bloomed growths and 4 new growths; Andean Tears has about 6-7 growths and the smallest Phrag. Peruflora's Cirila Alca has 4 growths. Also purchased 7 Gongoras which I'd seen and tagged while at the nursery in San Ramon...best imported plants I've ever seen and I've done imports since the 1980's.
