Johns Island Orchids

I found this website when looking to see who might sell a Dendrobium I was looking for. They have some really nice orchids for sale and the prices are also good.

Just wondering if anyone has done business with them before.

As no one has responded to this question that I asked, I am going to be the person to try them out. I will be placing an order with them in the next couple of days and will let you know what I get when the shipment arrives. I am hoping for good plants as this site has some really nice orchids available at very reasonble prices. It is for sure if they come in nice I know I want all of his Bulbos not to mention a few of the others he has. Tom has been quick to respond to every email I have sent him unlike many others that I never heard back from!

I found out why no one had any experience with this company as I was their first customer from the internet.

I placed and received an order that came in great shape, the customer service was outstanding and the plants that I purchased are more then I expected for the prices. We had an issue with Priority Mial but Tom, the owner, sent another package out with no questions asked. I did end up getting the first package but it took 2 weeks, the orchids arrive in great shape even with it taking 2 weeks to get to me. I would recommend the company and will certainly be ordering again very soon. I have attached pictures of the 2 orchids that I received, the first is a Dendrobium Nora Tukunaga and the second is a Bulbophyllum lobbii 'Johns Island'.

Thanks for the review, it does look like they have some nice stuff. Your new plants look really healthy, I haven't grown that Den. but Bulbo. lobbii is a great species.

I had hoped to buy more from Tom the end of this week but with me spending more money then I thought I was going to spend on only 4 orchids at Redland this past weekend, I will have to wait another couple of weeks to build up the orchid fund, but I am not complaining on what I spent because I am very happy with those 4 new plants.
