Gardening Wharehouse Direct
So,
I ordered some of my beloved Air cone Pots, wire hangers and some fancy sphagnum moss from Gardeningwarehousedirect.com on NOVEMBER 6. I have never received the items. I have called at LEAST 10 times or sent email messages to these people, and have yet to receive ANY response. I had to open a dispute with paypal to get my money back. This morning, I sent them this email:
Hello,
I placed this order on November 6, 2009, and as of today, I have not received the items that I ordered.
I have contacted you via e-mail and by phone on MANY occasions, and have yet to receive a response. Quite frankly, at this point, I just want my money back. I have held off buying the same supplies because I don't want to spend money twice on the items that I need, but you are putting me in a difficult situation. It's been over one month, and I find it ridiculous and frankly unprofessional, that you have not had the courtesy to respond to me even one time.
As I stated to you today in my phone message, I have opened a dispute with paypal. I do not want the items from you--as I am sure that given your lack of customer service and holiday mail, I will probably not receive my items until sometime next year (if at all). I am frankly disappointed in this, as I know you have a great variety of items, and I have shopped with you before. However, your lack of attention in this matter forces me to take my money elsewhere from now on.
I would appreciate a response from you
