I'm sorry, Angurek, that your experiences weren't as good as mine. I'm not familiar with the type you bought, and wondering if it is a difficult orchid to begin with. Still, the leaves should have all been intact.
I've actually found it to be a very easy orchid to grow. In fact, the thing is growing like a weed but, as I said in one of my posts, it came to me in fairly poor condition. I'm not sure why the leaves were cut off to begin with.

I didn't realize that they call to ask if you like the plants they sent you. I've never gotten such a call. Maybe next time?

Anyway, if you haven't seen it before, here's what Pes. cerina looks like (this is not a picture of my plant):



If you like phals, I'd highly recommend this one to you. It grows like a weed and thrives in phal conditions.
