I would like to post my positive experience with Woodstream Orchids.

I have had the Epi ilense on my "want" list for quite a while now and while googling for some information on my Hokulea, I came across their website.

Of course never one to pass up the opportunity to window shop, I happily click away on their catalog links. To my pleasant surprise, I found they had flasks available.

I had a few questions so I emailed them on a Friday evening not expecting a reply until Monday. I was surprised again to see a reply sitting in my email the next day. They answered all of my questions advised me that they would be at a show the following weekend so if I wanted to place my order, I could either leave the cc # on their secure answering machine or use the online form.

I placed my order on Thursday evening, they confirmed receipt on Friday, and sent a mailing notice that my flasks shipped on Monday morning.

WOW.. If their plants are as good as their customer service, I will be on

I can't wait to get them. They should arrive just in time for my birthday. "Happy Birthday to Me, Happy Birthday to Me."

I'll add my excellent experience with them. I ordered two mini Phrags. I had some questions and they replied promptly. I had the plants the next week. I ordered seedlings so they were very small, but extremely healthy. One is spiking now. Woodstream rocks!

The flasks arrived today extremely well packed and there was a surprise inside.

What a nice birthday present! They included a flask of Epi dixorum which must have at least 10 seedlings inside.

What a great way to earn a return visit.


The flasks look great and there are definitely more seedlings inside than advertised. I'm going to be compotting tonight after work.
