Unhappy Popow orchids and ebay seller Lepantes

The ebay account is related to the website so i've asked if i could have website and ebay s/h combined and he agreed.

I've hasked him how to pay but he didnt reply for 2 days, I waned to pay regulary ebay plants with paypal and so I did, plus I've made another payment for website plants with paypal too.
He never accepted that payment and today i've got just my 2 ebay plants

Well at least i've got these plants but I wasent gonna make the order if I could only choose between ebay plants so this is very unfair

Just to sweeten up my mood it was a mass order and I'm the one who payed, etc and the only one who hasent got anything

I've bought from him 4-5 times already, and have always been pleased. I bought once from his website, and the rest were off ebay. I'm thinking of bidding on some more this week!
I think part of your problem is that he doesn't understand English all that well. I have emailed him a few times, and sometimes I think that he didn't understand part of what I was asking. And he has always accepted my payments right away. As for the delay in replying to emails, I think that he runs his place practically by himself, and also goes to shows, so he needs time to catch up with emails.
Sorry you're having a bad time with him, I've had nothing but good experiences. Once I only got 1 very small plant off ebay (a Haraella), and he was kind enough to reduce shipping from 8,50€ to 5€. I was pleasantly surprised by that gesture.

I hope that you get this sorted out soon!

Yes, i'm pretty sure the problem was the language but that dont concern me. If you take the responsability to comunicate in english and you even make an agreement with me in that way then your duty is to honor the agreement and be able to comunicate with me if i need it.
At least this is how i see this all...

Oh and by the way english aint my first language and I did mind to keep a very easy english
