I am having a hard time contacting him. He doesn't seem to reply to his emails. Is he still in business?

I agree with phragguy - Howard does have some great crosses and he can be had to get a hold of! Be persistent.....he will respond.

Howard is not the best with emails, you're better off calling him - the number should be on the site.

Thanks everyone on your advice about Bedford. I have sent several emails and left a phone message and he has not returned any replies. Not particularly an indvidiual I prefer to do business with. Clouds and Paramount always reply within a day or two. Would rather deal with someone who has the time for me.

Sometimes Howard is out of the country or busy with a case.
He does have another business as a lawyer.
That is to bad that he has not got back to you.

I didn't purchase the orchid from him, but got it from another supplier. I contacted him to find out what color it would be when the flower finally opened. He did get back to me, and told me what the parents of the cross were also. It may have taken a bit of time compared to some other sellers, but this seems to be more of a hobby or part time business, but he will get back to you. BTW his plants are quite nice, mine is a first bloom of Bedford Auckland Dream second bud has since opened and its been open for at least two months now color has faded compared to when it first opened.

You both sound very loyal to Howard. I am truly glad he has some fans out there. It has been three weeks since my recent email and two since my phone message. I am a professional myself and lack the time to track someone down. Nice looking flowers Phearamedusa.

Thanks, but like I said my only dealings with him were for info on this plant. I tend to give people the benefit of doubt, I'm sure he'll get back to you as soon as he can.
