Default jellybeanaiko/eBay

Hi,
Please be VERY careful ordering plants from this Seller.
I PAID for plants I ordered the first part of Feb. After 3 weeks of excuses NO plants.
Contacted paypal, ebay THEN heard from seller a lot. Accepted new agreement, guess what ??? plants not shipped.

Hang in there ...I myself was in you're shoes not long ago with "cough cough" PC orchids Terrible e-bay experience.... But i go it all worked out.Hope you get you're problems worked out!!!

I would contact your credit card company and dispute the charge . I had to do that regarding a non orchid purchase the charge was removed from my account .. Thanks for the warning .. Gin

Carl,
As I had mentioned call your CC company, hopefully thats what you used and you can get a refund back into your account, let the CC company figure out and dispute it with paypal. At this point in time you should be like to hell with you and your plants, not only did she take your money and not SEND YOUR PLANTS, she's making EXCUSES! PSH thief!

Its times like these where I recommend leg breaking!

Default bad actor

Thanx everyone for the support. Paypal took the money from my checking acct. They should refund soon (hopefully)--but the seller won't respond.
I am Fed up with the whole month long saga, and it was quite a bit of $$ (180). Just will keep up the paypal claim and see.
Any orchid board I see that has this section I will warn others.

He did not respond to her answer.

Sometimes it pays to hear from both sides before making any decisions. Hopefully they are both happy now.
