Order from Botanical LEDs lately?

Curious if anyone has ordered from Botanical LEDs recently. I orders lights a few years back and wanted to get more. I was hoping to get the 36" size but it's not showing as an option.
I've reached out via their website contact page and never got a response. I tried emailing and had it bounce back as not available.

I ordered a couple 24” lights from them in April and they arrived with no issue. There was a slight delay in shipment, maybe 2 weeks, but I attributed that to the fact it was an international shipment. I was thinking about doing another order later in the year so I hope they are still in business!
