I hope that doesn't happen. Positive and negative reviews are valuable, and so is a record of trends in a business' practices.
I'd go so far as to say the most valuable reviews are those that are both positive and negative from one person, since those are the most likely to be objective rather than due to a buyer's idiosyncrasies.
If you file a claim it gets you on his radar and he will respond. If you can't get him that way shoot me a pm. He's a nice guy just hasn't been good service this year like it used to be. If you can get a hold of him he is good about making it right it's a matter of taking a lot of time and fingers crossed getting the correct orchid. I hope you are able to get things rectified!

I did nothing after the first flurry of communication when I discovered the wrong orchid except to post here but I just got a communication that he will soon send the right orchid. I will update if I receive one. I really hope that this happens as I do like to continue to have faith in people.
I did get a replacement orchid in mid-December. It is not in bloom so I need to wait to see if it is the fragrant splash-petal orchid I had originally ordered.
