It was my first order with them and I was being cautious. I did another order last month and ordered 4 plants, still less than 5, though.
The Neofinetia I received was looking good but recently dropped most of its leaves. Maybe I'm not watering it enough? I'm hoping that it recovers.

Just received my third or fourth Hausermann order. As always... pristine orchids, excellent roots, and superbly packaged. These folks should give packing lessons to some of the other vendors!
