I purchased one from Orquideas del Valle in Colombia. It is not listed in their catalog but they had several in their warm greenhouse.
contact them and see if they still have them available.

Weird fact about this one: it is hallucinogenic and can easily make you trip of you eat the leaves. The first sites from a search were from Magic Mushroom forums 0_o! Try searching the web for its synonym, Onc. longifolium.
