Default Neofinetia falcata var. fuuran*MINI*

This is my oldest Neofinetia falcata. It is the fuuran variation, which means "wind orchid." It has six growths, three mature and three new. I have had it for almost four years now and it has bloomed three out of the four. This year it has three spikes, but they are going to bloom at different times I guess.

I will post another photo as the blooms open.

And here it is in all its glory. I am so in love with this plant, I will cry if it ever dies. I have had this plant longer than I have known my wife!

Thanks. I just make sure my camera is in Macro Mode with no flash and plenty of natural light. I do sometimes say things like "work for me baby, yes that's it, the camera loves you."

Nice photos - I find whites hard to catch.

I wish I knew more about cameras. Great capture. Usually my whites are all washed out, and you can't see detail.
