Beautiful! I grow this Schoenorchis tixieri as well though I've only had it a few months. My plant has not flowered yet. Your plant is very nice, love the tiny flowers.

I have Schoenorchis fragrans, it flowers every year and is a tough little plant. Schoenorchis scolopendria is another beautiful plant, very similar and flowers easily. I just love these plants. Thanks for sharing yours!

How cute! I often see Schoenorchis species for sale here, but I just can't keep any mounted plants alive for more than a year.

Camille you really should try a Schoenorchis, they are very easy and so rewarding to grow and see them flower. They are tiny and take up very minimal space.

My fragrans was one of my first minis, I have it hanging in a tiny vase in my SE kitchen window. I mist/water it a couple of times a week and it flowers every spring. The last two years it has had twin spikes and loaded with blooms.

My other Schoenorchis are all mounted as well, kept in a indoor greenhouse. So cute!

I'm curious to see your vase and indoor greenhouse setups, if you have photos! I have tried to grow mounts in vases in the past (vase had leca and a bit of water in the bottom), but I couldn't keep mounts like that either. They just hate me. I don't even live in a dry climate either, the Netherlands is quite humid, between 50-80% usually. (right now outside the RH is 99% according to the weather site- it's a very foggy morning)

That's neat, I had no idea that synthetic sphag even existed! That certainly solves the problem of sphag going sour and needing yearly changing.

I have used polyester pillow & blanket stuffing as a mounting pad, instead of sphagnum moss. It works well.
