They are beautiful!! It looks like you have them all growing outside, is this correct? If so, what conditions do you have to get them to bloom? I have a Vanda Sansal 'Blue Moon' and am not having any luck getting it to produce a spike (it is currently hung outside). What suggestions do you have for a newer Vanda grower?

Hi!

i have a purpose built vanda shade house. It is basically roof only with no walls. 60% black shade cloth on top. This means I get maximum light and cross breeze. Ventilation is extremely important for vandas. At the moment is dry season here so i have cut back watering to 10 minutes a day and fertiliser once per week at 1/2 strength. When dry season ends I'll double water and fertiliser. I should mention that nearly all my vandas are bare rooted or close to.
