How hot is too hot?

No frosts in my area... ever... so that's never a worry...

I always want the plants you have...

100F to 105F is the heatwave I am talking about....but 90's can still be ok....
SoCal doesnt get frost but if it goes down to 40F bring this plant indoors

Ok... Sounds easy enough....
Now where to get this plant...

Actually alot of Southern California is subject to hard frosts...
Luckily my area isn't.. which allows me these beautiful orchids and my amazing jasmine and gardenias.

Your plant is truly awe inspiring...
I have a goal to work towards when I get mine...

Nice! This is one I've been wanting to try, due to it's cooler temp tolerance.

Wow there are some huge roots on it as well, the plant looks great.
I've been looking into tricks to taking true colors of flowers and noticed that you took the photos almost into the sun which is pretty much opposite to most photography. Does it help with the color of the flowers?

I like to photograph when it is overcast skies, it gives the true color of the flower....it is not 'into the sun' but the skies seem to show it as that way....the daylight brings out the shimmer of the petals and the details of the form
