Beautiful!!! I have no luck with these. The first was virused and eventually died, the second died of crown rot a few months after buying it, and the third one has just been stubbornly sitting there, doing nothing for 2 years. Obviously I'm missing something to get it to bloom!

Very Nice! Congrats!!Can you post a pic of the whole plant? How long have you had it? Apologies for all the questions but I only ever had one and managed to rot it...

Thanks everyone :-) will get some pics of the whole plant soon. Its grow under some T5 tubes in a big orchidarium. Some of the roots are getting a bit dark, so i cross my fingers and hope the best. I had this one for about a half year i guess :-)

Lovely plant and flower. I would like very much to be able to grow one but I fall in the failure category as Camille. I have gone through three and I finally gave up. Every plant that I have had appeared to be doing beautifully and then there was a sudden gradual leaf drop without color change until nothing was left.

With all of the interest in this plant, that I have seen in the past, it surprises me not to see more photos of the flowers. It leads me to believe that a lot of other members have failed as I did.

Wow, such a nice looking plant!!! I've been thinking like Jerry. This seems to be a popular plant, with many people buying it. But bloom threads are rare. So it must not be a very easy plant to grow/bloom.

I'll just consider myself lucky that even with no blooms, I've had the latest plant over 2 years! That's already an accomplishement, seeing my track record with these.
