Default Ascda. Suksamran Sunlight

I've posted this many times over the years but it's still one of my favorite vandas. It blooms 3-4 times a year and the flower spike always grows straight up. It's a compact plant so it doesn't take as much room as some larger vandas. I never get tired of looking at the cheerful orange flowers.

Magnificent display of blooms ! I love the yummy colors...the form of this flower is amazing; it reflects your expert care...I also noticed from the past cut old spikes that this is the 5th time this plant have given you flowers.

Very pretty blooms Tucker.
Do you use any medium in the pots or are the vandas just tied in the pots.
I have one, that I just got in a plastic basket with no medium.

Bronco, There's no medium in the pot. The only reason it's in that pot is that it came that way when I bought it. Many of my vandas are in black plastic baskets like yours because they came that way. When I do repot a vanda I always put it in a open wood basket with no medium because I like the way the wood baskets look.
