Vanda Under Lights Male
Default vanda under lights
I am new to the forum and I am trying out some of the features. Here is a vanda of mine grown in a grow room in my basement. I bought this plant as a seedling 5 years ago and it bloomed for the first time in January. It had 3 spikes with 31 blooms. The room is 8' x 10' and the light is a 1000W MH HID light.

wow! 31 blooms at once! That is very cool, your vanda must be very happy. Sounds like pretty great growing skills to me.

Joe, I'm going to move this thread into our Vanda area as we want everybody to see it and not everybody might stop in to the Introductions forum.

We have forums set up by alliance in addition to a special forum exclusively for orchids IN BLOOM...and this certainly fits THAT criteria!
